PINOT NOIR (2015)

£10.11

12% ABV

IGP Pays d'Herault

There is always a risk to growing Pinot Noir in warmer regions, but the Pugibet family, who are based on the Mediterranean coast of the Languedoc, through intelligent choices in the vineyard and careful work in the winery are one of the few who have proved that it is possible to make balanced wine. The fruit is soft and pure (strawberry and cherry) where often it is rich and stewed, it also retains Pinot's lively aromatics and that all important crisp acidity. Great wine and we think great value too.
